• Continuous diamond core drilling for deep holes
• Typical applications include earthquake strengthening of bridges and old buildings
• The system consists of 5 sections with threaded connections to allow for continuous core drilling until the desired depth is achieved
• Diamond bit heads are laser welded for extra strength and dry application
• Also referred to as mining core drill systems

System comprises of:

• Back-end
• Core tube
• Reamer tube: with diamond inserts for drilling stabilisation and to maintain true hole diameter, recommended every 3 metres
• Core catcher: for complete removal of the material drilled (insert with thin section at diamond bit end)
• Diamond bit: CDX-C★★★ for mature concrete with medium reinforcing, masonry & brick, laser welded
• Tungsten Carbide bit: CDX-TC★★★ for soft stone / abrasive materials (softer than bricks)
