With our manufacturing facilities in Nelson, New Zealand, we can provide customised solutions outside of the standard Holer specifications. For instance, we can manufacture diamond core drill bits with a shorter or longer than standard usable length of up to 3,000 mm. We can also design and manufacture one-off custom solutions needed for your specific project. 

We often manufacture core drill bits or blades that are larger than our standard Holer specifications. The largest core drill bit to date was 1,000mm wide and 650mm long and the largest blades had a diameter of 1,800mm. We have also manufactured extra wide blades, e.g. a blade to create a 50mm wide cut. As we stock a range of raw materials, we are often able to complete the order within 24h. The 1,000mm core drill bit, for instance, was ordered at 10.00am, manufactured the same day and shipped the next morning - you can't get much faster than that! With years of experience, modern manufacturing facilities and a team of experienced toolmakers, we can also design and manufacture one-off customised tools for you. One of the most unexpected enquiries was a core drill bit to drill into frozen tuna. Although outside of our core business, we manufactured a tungsten core drill bit that got the job done! Other examples are a light recess tool for light installation on a airport runway, a flat bottom grind tool or a special double wall saw blade for seismic gap cutting.
