Note: very fast, delivering unmatched productivity! To ensure the blade steel body is not being overstressed, operators should maintain standard 50mm step cut intervals with standard feed advance pressure. Avoid cutting into base course and keep any loose material or debris out of cut.

Available in 2 segment width ranges:

• Runway series: 4.4mm wide segments, limited diameter range

• Deep Cut series: starting with 5.4mm wide segments, full diameter range available. Reinforcing steel bars embedded in concrete must cleanly be cut with a blade featuring diamond segments that are wider than any subsequently inserted blades into the cut. The smaller diameter pre-cut blades (600mm or 750mm) are utilised most often and are subject to higher segment side clearance wear, therefore these blade sizes feature the widest and strongest segment widths. Mid-depth cutting blades (900mm to 1200mm) have slightly reduced segment widths and the finishing deep cutting blades (from 1350mm and above) have the thinnest segment widths. Following this segment width system will ensure for trouble-free DEEP CUT jobs.
