- The von Arx DTF35SH is a self-propelled concrete shaver machine featuring a bank of diamond blades. The blades can be spaced out as desired.
- It is designed to carefully „shave off“ or „plane off“ the surface and therefore enables a very precise removal of material
- The max cutting width is 350 mm and max cutting depth is up to 25 mm. Step cutting (ie: interval cuts 3 - 5 mm at a time) is generally the fastest way to achieve desired cutting depth. On very soft and abrasive material the interval depth can be increased.
- It can be used in variety of jobs:
- Levelling concrete floors, uneven surfaces or floor undulations
- Reducing concrete risers or removing concrete curls
- Profiling for new overlays or barn grooving
- Grooving joints or anti-slip preparation of concrete
- Anti-seismic concrete joints
- Cleaning surface marks
- Clean up for coating or polishing
- Airport runway and cow shed safety grooving
