How to use the sharpening block

• Simply cut / drill / grind approx. one third into the sharpening block. For the best result, repeat this action 10 to 15 times or until the desired outcome is achieved.
• The duller the diamond tool, the more often you need to cut / drill / grind into the sharpening block. Application can be wet or dry.
• If a diamond tool requires constant re-sharpening, it is an indication that the wrong diamond tool spec is being used. Contact us for advice on a better option.

Safety guidelines

• Always wear appropriate PPE and follow common safety procedures / guidelines for operating hand-held power tools.
• The sharpening block must be secured properly so that it cannot move, e.g., by using clamps to secure in place. Do not hold in hand or stand on it.
