Registering to access a Holer New Zealand Ltd account online and logging into the site using that access signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Holer New Zealand Ltd reserves the right to adjust pricing displayed at invoice level.

Holers reserve the right to decline to trade with any company or person and may decline to accept any order without justification.
Holers will not substitute an ordered product for another unless requested by the Customer. If the Customer confirms telephone, fax or internet orders, the confirmation must be clearly indentified as a “confirmation order” to avoid duplication.
Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy
The Customer may not cancel any order once they are accepted by Holers. Holers may allow an order to be cancelled at its discretion, subject to Holers recovering from the Customer the costs incurred. If only part of an order is cancelled, the original order is cancelled and a new order is being initiated.
The Customer may only return product to Holers for a change of mind or for incorrect ordering, and receive a credit or refund, on the following conditions:
- The Customer must contact Holers in advance and obtain the prior consent of Holers and obtain a goods return number (to be quoted on all returned paperwork);
- Return must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery. Product must be returned to Holers in their original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition, to be confirmed by Holers after receipt.
- Product must be adequately packed and dispatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled, to the address advised by Holers. Product accepted for return will be credited at invoice value less a handling charge of 10% of the original invoice value.
Product ordered from Holers is ex store and Holers will arrange delivery on the customer’s behalf by the most practical means. Holers aim to deliver product relating to an order received on the next working day, usually by courier. The cost of packaging and delivery is added to the invoice price of the customers order. The Customer's delivery options, and the prices for them, are set out at Holers website or will be notified to the Customer at the time of order. Delivery will be made to the Customer's usual business address, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Times and dates for delivery quoted in the Holers catalogue or by Holers employees are approximate only and Holers can not be liable for the consequences of any delay in delivery as delivery is by means of the third party. Delivery of product marked in the catalogue as requiring special handling may (because of their nature) take longer to deliver.
If any delivery is late, the Customer must notify Holers, and Holers will endeavour to ascertain if the product has been delivered or the expected delivery time of the product to the Customer. If a revised delivery time is not acceptable Holers may offer an alternative delivery option.
Inspection, Transit Delays and Non-delivery
The Customer must inspect all product as soon as reasonably possible after delivery and shall, within 10 days of delivery give written notice to Holers of:
- Any defect in a product that is apparent on reasonable examination. In this case Holers shall, at Holer's discretion, replace the product or refund the purchase price.
- Any shortfall in product delivered. In this case Holers shall, at its discretion, deliver the undelivered product or refund the price of the undelivered product.
- Any delivery of product not in accordance with the order. In this case Holers shall, at Holers's discretion, replace the product or refund the purchase price.
- Any non-delivery of the product. In this case Holers will seek redress from the third party engaged to transport the product on the customers behalf.
Payment
Terms of trade are payment in full at the time of order, unless when ordering on account. In order to ensure the security and protection of your personal details whenever you submit any sensitive information such as credit card number and account details, we use 128 bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption to encode and protect your data - which is your guarantee for a safe and secure transaction.
